The service staff at the car rental company were quite good. When we insisted on inspecting the car before signing, they diligently accompanied us and marked all conditions of the vehicle. They trust the customers more during the return process! Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental experience!

Convenient, the counter is inside the airport, the staff were fairly friendly, and the car handover was very simple, saving time. However, you need to collect and install the baby car seat yourself, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

The service was good. This time, the car rented at the airport had the engine warning light on when we arrived in Auckland. Later, we drove back to the airport branch to exchange it. It would have been better if the EZI Auckland city branch could offer a free replacement, so we wouldn't have to drive to the airport branch to exchange the car. Overall, the service was good and still worth recommending.
