Okay, but not the car we reserved

Had a great conversation with the Alamo representative. Everything went smoothly, no extra charges were added.

There was clearly an orange car, but they insisted it was dirty. When I went back to take a photo to prove it was clean, they called security through the intercom to stop me. I was already sitting in the car, and they said I could upgrade and switch cars. If the car was sterile, why switch after I’ve already sat in it and then give it to someone else? That's so irresponsible and sloppy.

The service was very poor. They kept pushing insurance, and their attitude changed immediately when I refused.

Pretty good overall, but the shuttle bus from the airport to the rental location was hard to find. The car was fine, not new but not old either.

Overall satisfied with ALAMO's service, but the vehicle selection is limited.
