Great Rental has moved near Auckland Airport, the location is relatively remote so be mindful when returning the car. The staff is very nice and can offer advice about local matters.

Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

When people are paying the fee please make sure no hidden surprise like I got when I got an international fee associated with my booking.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.
