Very convenient for pickup and drop-off, few car rental companies offer 24-hour service, AVIS is one of them.

The attitude was generally okay. They did try to sell insurance, and when I declined, their demeanor changed immediately, but the service is still better than many places in China. They don't insist you read the contract, so remember to check the fees yourself before signing.
