The car's navigation system was outdated and couldn't connect to the phone, so I had to rely entirely on my phone for navigation.

Additionally, the 96 euros cross-border fee was charged without providing an invoice.

At Munich Airport, the counter was well-staffed, and I was served immediately without waiting. The communication was very smooth. The pre-authorization was canceled within a week without any charges. The car was very new and performed well in all aspects. Thankfully, it was equipped with all-season tires, which was perfect for the snowy and icy roads.

I booked a Lynk & Co 01, but they gave me a Toyota CHR. For those renting cars in Germany, I don't recommend choosing a Toyota; it's not ideal for the unlimited speed highways. The staff suggested I upgrade to an Audi Q3 for an additional €150. As soon as I drove out of the parking lot, I regretted not upgrading.
