Service is quite satisfactory.

The rental car counter at Stavanger Airport is easy to find, and I got the keys in less than 5 minutes. After being told the parking spot, I went to the nearby parking garage and drove off. Very convenient. Returning the car is self-service; just make sure to wash it and fill up the gas. Park in the specified garage and drop the keys in the small iron box at the counter. The trust level between people abroad is very high.

We were upgraded to a bigger vehicle which was a mixed blessing and were overall happy with our experience and Europcar's staff. One exception being charged for a scratch on a door handle which will unlikely to be fixed (car already had previous scratches).

Extremely pleased with the car and with the service provided by the Europcar staff at pickup. The car provided was probably a step up from that ordered but was excellent. The instructions provided by the staff were clear and concise and I thoroughly enjoyed my rental experience.

As a booking platform Easyrent was excellent. Using Easyrent halved the price I expected to pay, based on the quotes from 5 other rental companies for a one month rental in which I drove over 5000km in Scandinavia. I was extremly pleased I booked through Easyrent and will use them again.

Like: Quick and easy to rent the cars from Europcar. The cars we rented were very economical fuel wise and comfortable to drive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Dislike: Should explain on the site that there would be a mandatory charge for tolls during the car hire period. We didn't drive the car everyday, so it would be good to have had an option.
