The manager at the rental office in Munich Airport is attentive, outstanding, and professional, handling matters very quickly and patiently. We experienced a flat tire at night, and they immediately called a tow truck to take away the damaged car. The next day, we went to the store to pick up a new car. (Note: You need to purchase full insurance at the store to enjoy this level of efficiency.)
