Excellent. This trip was cut short due to my mother's health issues, but the car rental and driving experience were very good.

Very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. They recommended additional insurance options, but after discussing it, we happily declined.

The Chevrolet Esquire was absolutely not to the same standard than the Jeep Grand Cherokee originally proposed, in addition Dollar Kauai does not have grand Cherokee Jeeps so this is only a decoy. The Esquire had more than 25’000 miles, smell bad and is an awful car, the personnel was not helpful at all, a terrible experience

Like: The ease of renting and efficiency/pleasant demeanor of service rep.
Dislike: Extension was a bit pricey.
