Car rental in the US is different from Europe. First, after completing the paperwork, you need to go to the parking lot yourself and choose any available car—the doors and windows are open, and you can just drive off, so paying extra for a specific model like I did makes no difference. Second, the car's fuel tank is empty when you pick it up, so you’ll need to refuel yourself. Therefore, instructions like returning the car with a full tank from QEEQ are unnecessary, and we ended up wasting several hundred. The whole process is essentially self-service. I couldn't find the car I booked after searching the parking lot for half an hour, only to realize you can just take any car.

Initially rented a Chevrolet Suburban, a large vehicle. Upon arrival, we were given a GMC, but the tires were leaking. Since it was a Sunday, we couldn't replace the car immediately. We went back to the store the next morning and were directed to the airport as there were no same-class vehicles available. The process was smooth, and we successfully switched to a Chevrolet Suburban. The ride to Las Vegas was great, and both the car exchange and return were quick and smooth.

Waited in line for two hours with only one employee handling both car returns and pick-ups. In the end, the same person was also responsible for disinfecting the car. This shows the employee's hard work but also highlights the company's staffing issues.
