Very good experience

I was booking Volkswagen Golf, but instead they gave me Honda,which was pretty much smaller than I expected. Besides that, everything was ok, good service.

Plus jamais. A bannir. Le personnel met la pression aux clients et quand on refuse de prendre leurs assurances à prix exorbitants, il vous surclasse +++ en vous refourgant une énorme jaguar...plus d'une heure à se prendre la tête avec le personnel pour qu'il nous donne le modèle de voiture louée ou équivalent que l'on a payé d'avance. Au final, on a fini avec une Fiat 500 pour 4 bagages. Pas les seuls à être mécontent. Nous étions présent au guichet avec 4 autres clients. 2 d'entre eux on également eu des soucis au moment du retrait du véhicule plus des surcoût exorbitant car pas de code PIN sur la carte bancaire .....la première et dernière mauvaise expérience de location de véhicules. Je déconseille fortement green motion

I do like the Fiat 500, so it's a shame they've sent them back to the car lease co and now have Toyotas instead

No problem with booking.

They are nothing short of thieves - they allure people with low rates and then charge some nonsensical rates for repairs and trust me they will find something to claim. Avoid at any cost and if you have to, make sure you buy insurance to zero excess. Absolute cowboys, out to rip you off for as much money as possible. I frequently hire cars from different companies and have only ever had one issue in all that time, when a company tried to charge me for minor damage that I was able to prove had never occurred. However, Green Motion refused to allow me to use my signature for my credit card. This is despite me walking for half an hour to the nearest cashpoint to try and re-set my PIN, which was locked. This is also despite me being a repeat customer who had hired a car from a sister office just three months ago and given them an excellent review. Instead, they gave me a hard-sell and charged me just under £100 before I knew what was happening and well aware that I was stranded in the middle of nowhere on an industrial park. This was on top of charging me and extra £50 for petrol and mileage. I will never use them again.
