The basic insurance was initially said to be over 1000 AUD, but it turned out to be over 2800 AUD. They told us that for any accident, they would deduct more than 2800 AUD, so we reluctantly paid an extra 34 AUD per day for insurance. As a result, the rental fee almost doubled. The service quality of international car rental companies is generally average; it's often difficult to reach them by phone.

The staff at the front desk were very nice, but they said we could pay in cash when picking up the car. However, they charged my card instead, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the car was in excellent condition.

The service was great and the car was in good condition. Although it was a small car, it had good power. Returning the car was quick; they just scanned it and checked the fuel gauge.

This is the second time I've rented a car from Budget. The service is good and returning the car is convenient.
