There was no RAV4 available, so they arranged an XC90 for us. After seeing how big the car actually was, we requested a smaller one, and they gave us an XC60 instead. The car was very new, with only 10,000 kilometers on it and no scratches. It drove smoothly with plenty of power. It also had lane recognition and automatic steering correction. Ferry fees were not required upfront and were settled at the end. The car's license plate was registered for the Bridgestone parking lot, but payment was required by the user. Overall, it was very convenient and a great experience.

Excellent! The car was a brand-new vehicle with only 3,000 kilometers, and its condition was outstanding. Before picking up the car, a quick pickup link was provided. After filling out the rental requirements online, the car was handed over without any upselling. The vehicle was equipped with an automatic toll payment device, similar to ETC, which eliminated payment hassles and greatly enhanced convenience. At the drop-off location, dedicated staff conducted a thorough vehicle inspection and immediately completed a return confirmation, ensuring responsibility was clearly defined for both parties and protecting their rights. Overall, the rental experience was fantastic.
