Pickup and drop-off were very convenient. Returning the car was inside the airport terminal, which was especially convenient. The car was very advanced, equipped with a large screen for navigation, automatic speed alerts, automatic headlights, and a spacious trunk for luggage.

The car rental process is straightforward, utilizing system information without requiring excessive manual input. There are no hidden charges. However, be more thorough during the car inspection at pickup; we spotted an unrecorded scratch.

Excellent car rental experience. The car I received matched the reservation, pickup was quick, and there was no upselling. Great! The Volvo 90 SUV has a large trunk, easily fitting four 28-inch suitcases.

There was no RAV4 available, so they arranged an XC90 for us. After seeing how big the car actually was, we requested a smaller one, and they gave us an XC60 instead. The car was very new, with only 10,000 kilometers on it and no scratches. It drove smoothly with plenty of power. It also had lane recognition and automatic steering correction. Ferry fees were not required upfront and were settled at the end. The car's license plate was registered for the Bridgestone parking lot, but payment was required by the user. Overall, it was very convenient and a great experience.
