Just pay attention to the 'car rental return' signs near the airport. The sign texts are in dark gray, so be careful not to take the wrong lane to quickly locate the return parking area.

The service was good, but the car we picked up at the Vancouver airport location was a bit old. Later, when driving to Seattle, a thief shattered the car window. We contacted QEEQ customer service, and after they communicated with Hertz, we were told to go directly to the Seattle airport location to exchange for another car, which was in better condition than the original one. Even though it was already past midnight, the car exchange process went smoothly.
