Yes. I was able to upgrade to an automatic Golf having accidentally booked a manual. I was happy to pay an extra $13 a day for that

Hadn’t used it before m, was happy with it. Straightforward.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours
