disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"

I contacted the car rental company at the airport, and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The rental location is not far from the airport, taking at most 10 minutes by car. The car pickup process was very quick and easy. I will choose Routes again next time.

Location was just a bit hidden but overall it was good. still waiting for the 500 cad deposit to clear.

The pick up van took over 30 minutes, as you will read in many reviews. If you are prepared, it's well worth the wait given their prices. The car I was shown had a windscreen crack and other damage, but they were happy to change it for a newer one straightaway. No other issues, prompt paperwork at return and no surprises.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
