Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service. They are rude beyond belief. I was there for 2 hours and witnessed 4 different parties having problems and all 4 turned away and went to a different rental company. Just do not under any circumstance go here

“Customer service at the counter, phone, and email were unfriendly except the first guy we interacted”

Car smelled cigarettes very badly. Reported this to the customer service but didn’t get any response. Customer service was unfriendly.

“Great cost effective and safe rental experience!”

The car exceeded my expectations because the nice lady at the desk gave me their newest and best car so I got a Kia Forte which was a lot better than what I had expected. The shuttle to the airport on return could have been better because I think there was some miscommunication and they ended up leaving without seeing us waiting. Luckily I did not miss my flight.
