disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"

The service was average, and they didn't clearly explain the car usage instructions.

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.

We should have got a van, as one of our occupants had difficulty getting in and out. Age being a factor. Windshield wipers were not great. Did not handle well on a gravel road. A little clunky with the steering

Customer service was terrible. The shuttles to get from the airport to the rental place were very full, so we had to wait a lot to just get to the rental location. Then, we had to wait even more there to get out our car. In addition, they made a mistake when preparing our car, so we were charged twice, although the fixed it in the end, it was an inconvenience.

The process to rent a car was seamless, however since Routes was not that good, I wish there was a better way to see what people have to say about rental companies before renting a car.

Car smelled cigarettes very badly. Reported this to the customer service but didn’t get any response. Customer service was unfriendly.
