We waited at the airport for the shuttle to take us to the pickup location, and the whole process of waiting and getting the car took over an hour. The car they gave me was two tiers lower than what I booked, but they charged the same. Due to the remote location of the pickup point, there were no other rental companies nearby, so it was impossible to cancel and switch to another company, not to mention wasting over an hour. It felt like a scam! Worst of all, the company's staff were extremely lazy and didn't fill the tank. I had to return the car with three-quarters of a tank. If I filled more, I lost money. If I filled less, they charged me extra. Basically, the customer loses out!

No airport pick-up, wait time is too long

It took over an hour for us to be collected and then 40 minutes at the desk when we got there. The car I got was not what I ordered. It was a van, not an SUV. But that was the same for everyone. Nobody got what they asked for. Check in was hectic. The car was dirty and didn’t have a full tank. The website of Routes is not understandable.

It was fine.

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

It was really easy to book online.

車はコンパクトを借りました(KIA SOUL)が走行は9000km台で新しく満足でした、ただ車内は新しい割には少しゴミが散らばっていました。 受取のスタッフは欧米系の男性でとても対応が良かったのですが、返却の際に対応してくれたインド系の年配の女性の対応が最低でした。対応は高圧的で、返却後に空港にシャトルバスで送ってもらえるか聞いたところ、それは私の仕事ではない！と言い去っていきました。 返却までは良いサービスを受けていただけに最後の最後て非常に不快な思いをしました。 総合的には値段も安く車両も良かったので満足していますが、次回使うかと言われたら使うかはわかりません。

クーポンを使用して安く借りる事ができました。また予約日前のメールのお知らせがあり良かったです。次回も車を借りる際は使いたいと思います。
