After returning to China, I contacted Zuzuche again, only to be told that signing the documents at the pickup counter indicated agreement, leaving no room for appeal. I want to say that as a foreigner unfamiliar with the place, I had no choice but to sign. Refusing would mean no car, and finding another car last-minute would have been even more expensive. I've rented cars abroad many times, but I’ve never encountered such an unscrupulous scheme. It seems their tactic is to lure customers with low prices and charge high at the end.

The driver picking me up refused to go to the designated Subway entrance, and I had to call several times to get him to come. It's quite far, over 15 minutes by car. The counter only had one or two staff members, and they were very slow.

The car was pretty good, but after returning the car and coming back to my home country, there was a dispute regarding the car's condition.
