Rented the car at Geneva Airport location. The service was pretty good, and there weren't many people when picking up or returning the car. They didn't push to sell insurance, and the procedures were quick and easy. When returning the car, there were some scratches, but they only charged 85 euros, which was quite reasonable and not overcharged. They were also very friendly and even allowed us to use the employees' restroom.

The actual car provided was a Skoda, and then I found out there was no cigarette lighter outlet. Many of my own charging devices couldn't be used. I had to switch the car, which took over three hours. Finally, they gave me a seven-seater Volkswagen.

“Upgradable car range”
About Europcar: 9.3 /10
Higher than actual expectation which they are allowed me to pick up any car which they have. I was book A3 convertible before the trip and they informed me there has no A3 convertible. Supprisingly they allows me to choose A5 convertible and no extra cost. It is really awesome!
