Excellent service

The pickup location is very close, right across the street from the arrival hall, making it very convenient. The paperwork process is quick, but you need to find the car yourself in a large parking area. The car had over 20,000 miles on it, the condition was okay, but the model was relatively basic.

The vehicle condition was very poor

Overall satisfied, but I reserved a Ford Focus and was told it wasn't available, so I was given a Nissan of the same class instead. Driving a Japanese car in the USA was a bit disappointing. However, the overall service attitude was very good.

We had to wait for over 2 hours for the car and were then told there were no Jeeps left. The wait time was unacceptable after a long flight
