I originally thought I would get a Rubicon, but it turned out to be a white Sahara. The car was in great condition, although the interior was a bit dirty. There were two staff members—one was a chubby woman who seemed unfriendly based on her facial expression, so we approached the young man instead. He didn't try to upsell insurance and even helped us with our luggage after completing the paperwork. He was incredibly kind, so we tipped him to show our appreciation. Of course, tipping is not usually required when picking up a car, but this gentleman truly went above and beyond.

The charges are very clear, which is great

The return process was very quick.

Very nice and convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport free of charge. Nice that we could pick any SUV out of the row.

The quickest, easiest car hire we have ever had. Didn’t expect GPS, at no additional cost this was a great extra.
