Avis's service has consistently been excellent, much better than other rental companies. This time, the car was in an underground garage, and the staff helped drive the car up to avoid potential collisions downstairs—very thoughtful.

The front desk staff in New York was a handsome young man. He was very nice. The car model I wanted was unavailable, so he upgraded me to a premium model for free. However, I felt it was a bit large and was hesitant. Just then, a small car returned. I asked to switch, and he immediately helped me change the booking without any fuss. He also reminded me to drive safely and informed me that half a tank of fuel was sufficient when returning the car. This red Kia Soul is really great to drive.

The major brand is reliable and straightforward. However, the originally reserved SUV was replaced with a business car, which wasn't as easy to drive.
