Few people, so the waiting time is short, but the service attitude is not good and efficiency is low.

The staff is seriously understaffed, waited for a long time, and the system crashed during this period, almost missed my flight! The shuttle bus also took a long time, the staff was very lazy, strongly suggest that the rental company cancels their cooperation with them! Bad review, do not choose this company!

it would be nice to have a faster check in system I will have all my details written out but would be nice to have a quicker arrive and go system,

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.

Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back. We had so much fun!
Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
