The staff worked at overtime and my booked a car has gone. She gave me another car but that is double the original price. I can’t hardly afford it and can argue for getting a better day over and she threatened me to stay as I since she is busy and need to go and complete as much as she can. I had a very bad moment at that time while I’m paying double at least to get the same service.

Except for the slightly long wait for the Thrifty shuttle at the airport (about 20 minutes), everything was great, including pick-up and return. Would consider renting again next time.

Dislike: My reservation through Easy Rent Cars was unusable, as it was intended for those with international drivers licenses. This was not noted anywhere on the reservation, but this is what I was told when I went to pick up the car.
