The service lady was not enthusiastic and impatient. She was not diligent, I didn't rent a GPS but she included the charge in the bill, $67. Unprofessional, no one knew how to set up the GPS in Chinese, initially wanted to rent but then cancelled. Pushing unnecessary insurance even though I already bought comprehensive coverage.

There were no obvious signs outside, and I had to ask someone to find out the exact location. However, overall, the experience was still quite good.

They tried to sell insurance when renting the car, but luckily QEEQ alerted me.
