Very dissatisfied. The original vehicle was unavailable, and I had to either downgrade, pay more for an upgrade, or cancel the order.

The rental company had a guide who was very polite. However, the person who assisted me during the rental was not very professional, especially since he kept speaking Italian to someone else while talking to me. Most importantly, I ended up paying almost double the rental fee, which was very irritating.

Because I bought full insurance, they informed me that I didn't need to fill up the tank when returning the car; it's okay to return it empty.
