Very satisfied, convenient, and fast, no different from domestic services. The store is not far from the underground parking area, just a few minutes walk, and an elevator ride away. They didn’t have the Volkswagen T-Roc I reserved but gave me a Skoda with over 3,000 kilometers, not sure of the model, but it was very new. It had a rear view camera, radar, navigation, everything you could need. I felt it was better than the car I reserved. The power was also very good, and the key point is the fuel consumption is really low, averaging five liters per 100 kilometers.

Sometimes the queue at the counter is very long, sometimes it's completely empty. It depends on the time; on average, the wait is 10 to 20 minutes. The service attitude is alright; some are very business-like, and some are more eager to help. Encountering a good employee is a matter of luck.

After returning the car with a full tank, Europecar still charged a refueling fee. Currently addressing this issue.

The reserved car model was unavailable, so they gave us a similar Hyundai i40 wagon, which was very new.

This is my third time renting from Europcar.
