Procedures handled on the first basement level of the train station took about 5 minutes. Car pickup and exterior inspection on the seventh basement level also took about 5 minutes. The entire process was under 15 minutes, very convenient and efficient.

The rental company charged me a pre-authorization of over two thousand euros and has not canceled it yet.

The attitude was very bad. When we mentioned placing a new order, they showed no interest in assisting us.

I'll skip the minor issues, but the most serious problem is that this car rental company randomly charged my credit card, overcharging me by more than 600 euros. They couldn't explain why this happened or where the extra charge came from. Is charging customers arbitrary? If so, running this business must be easy. The counter attendant was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, almost as if I owed them something. Overall, the trip was great, but the car rental experience was terrible. There won't be a next time.

It’s not my 1st time i rent a car from Alamo... Till now i’m very very satisfied !
