Perhaps because I purchased full insurance from the car rental company, there was no upselling throughout. However, there was an upgrade during pick-up due to a lack of vehicles, and during drop-off, there was only one staff member, so it was quite slow.

The waiting time was very short, and the process was completed quickly. Great service, and the staff were very friendly.

The staff at the pickup location was very nice, quietly and quickly handling the paperwork. He asked about insurance, and after I declined, the process continued smoothly. The cross-border fees were waived, which I truly appreciated! When returning the car, the store staff had already left, so I dropped the car key into Hertz's self-service return box. The car was parked about 30 meters ahead of the store, in the corner of a used-car parking lot.

Got upgraded to a Volvo XC60 with autopilot functionality, absolutely amazing!

The check in desk was manned by one one person, later by only two. Long queue. More than 35 min waiting.
