However, the car model I reserved did not match the one I received; the actual vehicle was a Ford. Additionally, I had booked a compact SUV expecting unrestricted routes, but when I got the car, I was informed that I couldn't go to Deer Garden Heights and Paradise Road, which disrupted my plans.
