The overall staff efficiency at OK Mobility is extremely high, and their attitude is exceptionally good! The manager at the rental office in Munich Airport is attentive, outstanding, and professional, handling matters very quickly and patiently. We experienced a flat tire at night, and they immediately called a tow truck to take away the damaged car. The next day, we went to the store to pick up a new car. (Note: You need to purchase full insurance at the store to enjoy this level of efficiency.)

I booked a Lynk & Co 01, but they gave me a Toyota CHR. For those renting cars in Germany, I don't recommend choosing a Toyota; it's not ideal for the unlimited speed highways. The staff suggested I upgrade to an Audi Q3 for an additional €150. As soon as I drove out of the parking lot, I regretted not upgrading.

Counter staff at Munich Airport was a bit slow with 3 staff members working and a queue over 60 minutes. It was incredibly difficult to find the counter due to location and lack of visible sign.
