When we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, everything was prepared in advance. However, even though we had already prepaid for crossing the Czech border when renting, we were told at pick-up that it was not allowed. Alternatively, we could switch to a Toyota 7-seater, but we were not notified about this beforehand.

The service attitude is good, and the explanations are very detailed.

A small pebble caused a tiny dent the size of a fingernail, and they charged 464 euros for the repair! They also claimed it was the lowest possible fee! They initially agreed to a 10 euro daily upgrade fee, but upon return, they insisted on 20 euros per day!
