Avis's service has consistently been excellent, much better than other rental companies. This time, the car was in an underground garage, and the staff helped drive the car up to avoid potential collisions downstairs—very thoughtful.

The first car the back hatch did not work. Then they gave me a Jeep renegade which I could not fit into. The third car a chev. Suv was fine. But it took way to long, and the young girl behind the counter did not care.

Was a good process.

Avis did NOY give me, as promised, email confirmation of car returned without damage and i suspect they will try claim later that damage was found. also no receipt of debit of my credit card. i will imediately instruct Card company not to make payment if AVIS 'try' something.
