There wasn't much of a queue. We were unfamiliar with hybrid vehicles, but the staff provided patient and detailed explanations. The only downside was that the car's screen initially couldn't connect to the phone for mirroring, which made driving a bit inconvenient. Later, the car system automatically connected to the phone, and the trip went smoothly.

Purchased full insurance and received the car quickly. They asked if I wanted to upgrade the car, but I didn't. Their attitude was still very good.
