Attente un peu longue pour la prise du véhicule. Attribution dans l'ordre d'arrivée. Mais nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement et nous avons pu avoir le véhicule bien plus tôt que l'heure prévue.

Facile de réserver sur la plateforme avec un choix de catégories de véhicules satisfaisant auprès de différents loueurs. Tarifs intéressant si on réserve très en avance.

Great service. I picked up the car at around 9 PM, there weren't many people, and I didn't have to wait in line. It took about 15 minutes to complete the rental process. However, everything was in English, so it's good to have someone who speaks English with you.

They still tried to sell insurance, and we eventually bought it because we were unfamiliar with the area. No Chinese service was available.

Like: When I picked it up, the guys were very cheery and helpful. They upgraded me to a slightly bigger car which was nice of them! Made it all super fast and quick. Also liked that I was able to drop it off at a different location for a small fee.
Dislike: Would like to be able to drop it off elsewhere without a fee but not a big deal.
