Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.

A bit of a rip-off. The attendant told me that gas was expensive outside and suggested I return the car with an empty tank, and they would refill it for cheap. However, they charged me for a full tank at their 'cheap' price, so I ended up losing a lot. Make sure to return it with a full tank! Also, their recommendation was not good at all. Who would return a car with an empty tank without worrying about running out of gas on the way to the airport? It wasn't actually cheaper at all, don't listen to them. Additionally, they charged me $15 for airport parking, which was really frustrating.

Extremely poor experience. The staff on duty repeatedly recommended other vehicles. Later, when we realized how much more expensive they were and refused, he made excuses that our car was no longer available and made us wait while ignoring us. After a long wait, we lost our patience. One car had an additional charge of 1040 CAD and the other 840 CAD. I was about to file a complaint with your rental company! A plataforma de reservas funcionou. No cálculo inicial deu 8.000 reais, mas a conta final deu 12.000... havia outras taxas que nao tinham sido consideradas. Acho que poderiam fazer uma previsao mais próxima da realidade...
