The staff member at the store initially told me that I was late and wanted to charge me a delay fee. Later, she mentioned I needed to purchase a €100 insurance but didn't explain it clearly with patience, just informed me about it and emphasized it was not mandatory. She said the email order she received didn't mention insurance, and when I showed her the reservation sheet, she didn't check it and simply replied, 'I don't understand,' before returning all my documents and asking me to contact customer service myself. After observing for a while, I noticed she spent quite a bit of time explaining this issue to the next two customers, but at least she gave them more detailed information than she did to me. Finally, at around 11:30 AM, I got the car, thanks to the timely callback from the customer service team at Zuzuche, who communicated with her again, and she finally clarified that the insurance was just being mentioned as an option.
