SCAM!!!! That's all I can say. After arriving to pick up my car the staff decided I'm a resident and demanded some insane documents to rent a car. "Well, sir if you read the fine print..." I DIDN'T GET IT IN THE END!!! Had to pay walk-in prices at a proper place, or lose all the money invested in the trip. Fine, keep the money, hope karma gets you!!

Was told the class/size of vehicle I booked wasn’t available, hence I had to leave a bag in Dublin with relatives. Witnessed the same routine with another customer when I returned the vehicle, which makes me wonder.

Have yet to see a refund which the so called price protector achieved for me, certainly hasn’t hit my credit card. And it’s now 3 weeks since my hire started.
