Simple. All as expected. Will return for future rentals.

It appears to be a Mexican-operated store. The company seems to have only five staff: one for driving the shuttle, one for cleaning cars, one for handing over cars, and two for customer service, making the wait time quite long. The staff is rather inflexible, requiring a translated document. I didn't need a translated document in New Zealand, the UK, or Spain. This led me to find a translator urgently. Thankfully, the translator was very accommodating and agreed to translate first and get paid after I got the car. It took just half an hour to get it done and submit it to the rental company.

The car wasn't the size we ordered but that was OK the car was flithy it hadn't been cleaned since the previous hirers there was a lot of scratches and a serious bump on the wheel which I don't think had been inspected

Took atleast 30 mins to get set up at the counter but it was a slow but generally smooth process. Lady behind the counter was nice

Price was great !

Could not get a rental, after waiting in line for almost 1.5 to 2 hrs. Very disappointed. Just a waste of time.

Like: Friendly and very helpful staffs, great price for the vehicle
Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose
