It was a little hard finding out that this car will be picked up from the "Budget" counter.

The service was enthusiastic. It might not be peak season, so there weren't many people. They even prepared the child safety seat we booked in advance.

Budget should accept multiple modes of payment (cash, debit cards, online banking, etc.)and should not rely on credit card payment only. Because not every customer has a credit card and some has the ability to pay in CASH!!

There is additional charges when you go to the car rental. Almost half the price.

I would like for the Bus Sharon Mayberry bus driver she went above to accommodate us my brother is totally a disabled senior. She parked one van and came right back with a van with a lift for my brother! I shared this experience with family and friends, will use again!AND THE NICE GIRL AT COUNTER I FORGOT HER NAME...tHEY ROCK she was very fast and efficient goy long line down!

Great counter service. The only problem is the 15 dollar a day toll fees. That amount is excessive and there’s no way to just pay as you drive in Dallas or Houston.
