Great service, picking up the car was very easy and quick.

It was okay, but the car I rented was not a "Grand Cherokee", it was just a regular SUV. This is quite misleading on the rental company's part, so I give a basic satisfaction rating.

Recommended a higher-class model, but ended up with an Edge. Money wasted.

The receptionist noticed our luggage and suggested upgrading the vehicle for an additional charge. After some negotiation, we agreed to pay an extra 300 dollars. When we saw the Chevrolet in the garage, it looked as big as a tank, which shocked us. With the help of the garage staff, we switched to a smaller Ford Explorer of the same class. Although it's an SUV, it felt a bit underpowered on inclines.

Car had a dent in the back, plus no navigation and the Sirius XM stopped working after a couple of days.
