Very good. The only issue was the long queue when picking up the car. I returned the car at 3 AM and surprisingly, there were two staff members available to collect the vehicle. Very nice. I returned the car two days earlier, and the charges were fair. I liked it. It was a super small car, but it accommodated three of us comfortably. The trunk fit two 28-inch suitcases.

The staff's attitude was not great, had to wait for a bit. Then overheard her on the phone, and her attitude was poor.

They insisted on us buying insurance, saying they wouldn't rent us the car without it. If we didn't know the rules, we definitely would have been tricked into buying it. The translator just translated and didn't really provide Chinese service. They also insisted we had to buy the insurance.

The car was not picked up at the airport, the store is not popular, no need to queue, only a $200 deposit was frozen.
