This time I did a self-drive trip in France. The car rental company provided a new car with only 1,500 kilometers on the odometer. When I discovered this mistake the next day and returned to the rental office to have the contract corrected, the system automatically charged me for two extra days of rental. When returning the car, I was also charged for two extra days of insurance, resulting in a loss of 2,000 RMB.

A good company. But with a no good staff specially in Paris Charles De Gaulle airport.
