The service was good, but they gave me an electric car, which is quite inconvenient to drive in the US.

Not as professional as Enterprise, but overall still good.

A very pleasant car rental experience. As soon as you exit Los Angeles airport, you can take their free shuttle to the rental office. The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time. Reminding everyone to handle car returns at the airport in Las Vegas.

Our initial contact was very good....he was a very competent gentleman and we felt he was helping and advising without a hard sell.

Thr site was functionally clear and delivered on what "was on the tin".
