Satisfied. Booked a Suburban and was worried it might be substituted with a Tahoe like several years ago, but it was exactly as booked. Very pleased!

It's okay, but the fuel tank wasn't full when I picked up the car. I forgot to check at the time, and ended up spending extra money to fill it up when returning.

We were given a complimentary upgrade and the car and the process all worked very well. Because I'm AVIS preferred I could skip the incredibly long queue in the main booking hall and go straight to the preferred desk. If I wasn't I think I would have waited over half an hour to get to the front of the queue (which we stood in first before seeing the sign to AVIS preferred)

All worked vey well and when I had a support query it came back quickly with an answer

Like: The woman that helped me had and it's extremely awesome positive attitude and was very efficient and knowledgeable in her field work the check-in was quick and pleasant
