I contacted the car rental company at the airport, and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The rental location is not far from the airport, taking at most 10 minutes by car. The car pickup process was very quick and easy. I will choose Routes again next time.

The car wasn't the size we ordered but that was OK the car was flithy it hadn't been cleaned since the previous hirers there was a lot of scratches and a serious bump on the wheel which I don't think had been inspected

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
