Budget did not know about reservation. Had no normal cars. Insted of mini suv, i recieves fiat qubo.... It seams you do not have normal contact with them... Pick up office had to be near air port, but adress in reservation not valid for a year. Had to go with kids and laguages by public bus to city centre. Drop of a same problem.

Queueing for a ticket took one and a half hours. Ended up with an Audi Q2 without any extra charges. Purchased full insurance from the rental company, which was quite expensive—420 euros for 7 days.

The wait to pick up the car in Naples was long - about one hour. The stations were all manned, it just seems that it takes a long time to process each customer in Italy.
