A very pleasant car rental experience. As soon as you exit Los Angeles airport, you can take their free shuttle to the rental office. The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time. Reminding everyone to handle car returns at the airport in Las Vegas.

The staff were very professional and didn't push insurance too much. The pickup and drop-off were very smooth.

Delightful customer service at check in, friendly and efficient.
