The rental process was a bit slow, mainly due to delays in the payment step.

Quite satisfied, the staff at the store provided insurance recommendations and the necessary items for self-pickup.

Although this car is a compact model, it is very easy to drive, accelerates quickly, and is fuel-efficient. This is my third time renting from Hertz.

Took three attempts to find me a car. That's three times I was sent to walk to the parking lot (in the freezing cold night) and back to the office. Took nearly an hour to get the car. Gas tank not full, 5 miles after leaving the parking lot the needle moved off full, so probably a gallon
