Good car & service

Ace is an American company which has no presence at Bordeaux airport. You pick up the cars from Goldcar and the queue for the desk is huge because it is not big enough for the amount of customers. I had terrible customer service between Ace and Goldcar when my daughter was taken into hospital and I could not return the car because their process and systems are not aligned. I would not recommend using them

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Absolutely terrible. Non trained employees. I was told the car is not insured at all and it took me 45 mn to get the keys.

The car was fine overall but when we needed to clean the windscreen in low sun found no water/screenwash

Terrible organisation. Looks cheap on the face of it but then they bully you into taking additional cover when you arrive. Had already paid for extra insurance on time of booking and was told this wasn't sufficient and was useless and was then charged an additional 176 euros on top of the £80 i'd already paid in additional cover. Would never use this company again.
