They take advantage of customers' unfamiliarity with English contracts and forcefully charge insurance fees, which can be about 70% of the rental cost.

The staff was terrible, charged a lot of extra fees, repeatedly confirmed it was a deposit that would be returned upon car return, but in the end, was inexplicably charged a lot of fees! Very bad service, the first part of the rental with Hertz was very good.

The rental car staff left work early without permission. When returning the car, they refused and wanted me to go to another faraway location. Only after negotiating did they agree to take the car back. However, they charged me $333 upon settlement, which is very deceitful.

Car mats was missing. Could be more clean. Lady at pick-up station did not have any ID or logos. It was strange to give a car key to unknown person.

One of the best service I ever had. Thumbs up!
